Food here is delicious!! Authentic Southern-style bbq that's both affordable and generously portioned. The trout is beyond my expectations. The owner is also very friendly. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I definitely recommend it.

I tried the Hiker's salad, which had the best smoked chicken I've ever had—perfectly seasoned and tender. The Loaded Chips were a delightful surprise, with layers of flavor that were super awesome. The pulled pork taco was also very delicious, with juicy pork and a great blend of toppings.The atmosphere is cozy and friendly, making it a perfect place for friends to gather and enjoy a good meal. If your traveling and want truly great home cooked BBQ, then this is your place. Everything we had was amazing. We had the brisket plate with potato salad and baked beans. Excellent! Also had the pork sliders and they were so so good. Stop and check them out! I promise you will be glad you did.

Cute restaurant with great food and service! I hate it that we live an hour from here! We walked in and were greeted warmly by the hostess. She offered us menus and told us we could choose where to sit and come back and order. We ordered, got our drinks and went back to our seats. The sweet tea was divine! Our food was brought out within 5-8 minutes and the server asked if we needed anything else. I got the chicken salad sandwich with sweet potato fries. My wife got the pulled pork dinner. We each thought the food was very good! As we ate, we had 2 different people come out to check on us, at least 5 minutes apart. We could get our own refills but they were very friendly in offering to help. They came and took away our plates when we were finished. This stop made a great day even better. We'll be back! And I want to buy a cool AT shirt from them!
Stellar flavor and awesome staff! The staff works well together and are personable. We got the bbq chicken plate and it was well worth the hike will definitely be back.
